Himalayan salt has many minerals, stood still for millions of years in the Himalayas. The best way to use himalayan salt is a simple 800 Grammes or more bath, stay in for at least 20 minutes and enjoy the detox. The book Salt & Water by Dr Barbara Hendel claims that a 30 minute soak in a bath filled with 1kg of Himalayan Salt has the same detoxing effect as a three day fast.  It is a mined salt from the Himalayan mountain range, extremely rich in minerals.

Pure Dead Sea Salt (800g)

Our Dead Sea Salt is imported from the Southern Dead Sea in Israel. Guaranteed authentic. All natural, suitable for young children.
It is recommended to use between 500g and 1 Kg of dead sea salt in a bath. Try and stay in the bath for at least 20 minutes then rinse thoroughly with clear water.
